Exchanges from website purchases: No refunds. 14 day exchange. 7 day processing time.

Please follow the following procedures:

Lola Miller Designs thanks you for becoming a Simply Sister! If, however, you do not feel the size or style you purchased does not flatter you, then you may exchange it within a 14 day period. Exchanges must be authorized before being accepted by Lola Miller Designs.

PLEASE EMAIL SIMPLYSISTERSCUSTOMERSERVICE@YAHOO.COM for authorization and we will authorize your return through email and give you the return address to send it to. Lola Miller Designs will ship out an exchange for full priced purchases FREE OF CHARGE after receiving your return. For items bought during a sale or using a discount code, additional shipping fees apply. GARMENT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN OR WASHED AND ALL TAGS MUST BE INTACT. 

We cannot guarantee that the exact design and color will be available for exchange. Our hand painted or hand printed blouses & dresses are produced in very limited quantities. We do not offer refunds - only credits.

Instructions for exchange:

  • Keep all tags intact. Please do not wear.

  • Inform Simply Sisters within 14 days of receipt. Email simplysisterscustomerservice@yahoo.com

  • Wait for Return Authorization

  • Mail dress or blouse AT YOUR EXPENSE to: Simply Sisters, 250 Kamehameha Avenue, Hilo, HI 96720

  • Simply Sisters will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your return. Return shipment is FREE OF CHARGE for all regular priced purchases. For items purchased with a discount code online, our team will contact you with additional instructions on how to pay for additional shipping fees for an exchange request. 

Returns are accepted for credit or exchange within 14 days.
